RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want every customer to be happy with their GRIPZ order. However, due to hygiene and product safety standards, all returns must meet the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if:

• The item is unused
• The item is unworn
• The item is in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided
• The return has been approved by GRIPZ before being sent back

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Incorrect Orders

If a customer orders the wrong size, colour, product or quantity:

• The item must be unused, unworn and in original packaging
• The return must be approved before the item is sent back

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

If your return is approved, GRIPZ may provide:

• A replacement item, or
• A refund for the purchase price

Refunds do not include shipping costs, taxes, duties or return postage.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved.

Return Processing Time

Return requests may take 7–20 business days to review and process after the returned item has been received.

Processing times may vary during busy periods, sales events or public holidays.

Faulty or Incorrect Items Received

If you receive a faulty item or the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to resolve the issue.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, external damage or incorrect washing are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please wait for return approval before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.
